Approach

Understand first. Build second.

Every engagement runs in phases, and every phase ends with something you can hold: a map, a plan, working software. You decide whether to continue at each step.

01 / DISCOVER

Understand the operation

We spend time with the people doing the work, walk the process end to end, and collect the documents, spreadsheets and reports it runs on. The goal is to understand why things are done the way they are, not just what is done.

You get: a findings summary, and an honest read on whether software is even the answer.
02 / MAP

Design the workflow

Current-state and future-state maps: steps, owners, systems, hand-offs and exceptions. We price the gaps so you can see which fixes pay for themselves first, and sequence the work accordingly.

You get: process maps, a prioritized roadmap and a fixed-scope proposal for phase one.
03 / BUILD

Deliver in increments

Software arrives in short cycles, each one usable and reviewed with the people who will rely on it. Feedback shapes the next increment, so the finished system matches the real work instead of the original guess.

You get: working software every few weeks, plus source code and documentation.
04 / RUN

Launch and support

Data migration, training, a planned cut-over and a support period after go-live. Then an ongoing support arrangement if you want one, sized to what the system actually needs.

You get: a live system, trained users and a support plan with a named contact.
Principles

What you can count on.

Plain language

No jargon walls. If a decision matters, you will understand the trade-off well enough to make it.

Honest recommendations

Sometimes the right answer is an off-the-shelf product or a process change. You will hear that from us.

Nothing held hostage

Your code, your data, your documentation. You can take them anywhere.

Fast answers

Questions get answered the same day. It is why this site has a chat instead of a contact form.

There is no minimum. A focused analysis of a single process is a perfectly good place to start, and often the most valuable one.

No. Manufacturing is a deep specialty, but the same analysis applies anywhere work moves through steps: distribution, construction, professional services, real estate, field service and more.

It depends on scope, which is exactly why discovery comes first. Discovery is quoted as a fixed fee. Build phases are quoted per increment once the scope is clear, so you always know what the next step costs.

Usually, yes. Integrating with an existing ERP, accounting package or database is often better than replacing it.

Yes, and on-site where it matters. Walking the floor is hard to replace when the process is physical.
