ETX Works grew out of more than two decades spent inside other companies' operations: analyzing business systems, tracing how orders, materials and information move, and redesigning the workflows that tie a business together. Much of that time was in manufacturing, where a bad hand-off does not just cost time; it costs material, scrap and missed ship dates.

Over those years one pattern kept repeating. Companies bought or built software that did exactly what the specification said, and it still did not fix the problem, because the specification was written before anyone understood the work. The software was fine. The analysis was missing.

ETX Works exists to close that gap. The same person who maps your process designs the system and builds it, so the understanding never gets lost in a hand-off. That is also why you will not be passed between account managers, project managers and developers. You talk to the person doing the work.
